Advice to landowners

These guidelines (in Afrikaans and English) have been developed to provide landowners affected by mining or oil and gas exploration applications with a guideline to ensure that they follow the correct process and engage with companies in a controlled manner. A guideline document written by Derek Light Attorneys for landowners in the Karoo formed the basis of these documents.
